About "Steady Growth"

"This project is to be viewed as my musical testimony. This year, I went through and feel like I am still going through the roughest part of my growth as a man, and that is due to the fact that my faith is being tested the most in all areas you can imagine, but most notably in my career, my finances and my personal life.

The message I want people to get from this is life is all about steady growth. That’s how you learn to appreciate things better and sustain what you are working so hard to achieve. I am a firm believer that anything worth having doesn’t come easy, so here I am in the thick of difficulty, pushing my way out and up! This project is very personal as it reflects the highs and lows of my life, but this year in particular. I’ve learned a lot, but most importantly, things take time, and YAH requires a strong level of patience for us to fully receive His whole promise.

With that being said, yes, this is more spiritual than anything. Still, I am not looking to convert or convince anyone of anything. I just wish to share my experience and hope the masses can relate."

About Big Vezy:

Big Vezy is a multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and arranger from Freeport, Grand Bahama, in The Bahamas. Now based in Atlanta, GA, Big Vezy focuses mainly on R&B, Rap, Lofi, and R&B alternative music. In his early years, Vezy was surrounded by music from a long line of musicians. In high school, Vezy formed a cover band alongside his friends, which sparked his interest in pursuing music full-time. In 2011, Vezy made his first beat using his brother's computer since it was the only one in the house at the time. Later, Vezy took it seriously and started selling beats.
